• You are responsible for verifying that your photo meets the requirements of the organization you are submitting it to.

4. Payments

• You only pay if you choose to download your photo.
• All payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Payments are final and non-refundable, since preview is available before purchase.

5. Photo Storage

• Uploaded and processed photos are stored temporarily.
• Processed photos are available for download for up to 30 days.
• All photos are permanently deleted after 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to generate photos according to official standards and sizes, but we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific organization or authority. You are responsible for ensuring your photo is suitable for your intended use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalPhoto.online is not liable for any rejection, delays, or damages resulting from use of our service.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, code, and branding are owned by DigitalPhoto.online. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our service without permission. You retain rights to your own uploaded photos.
